§ 2-49. Employee status.

  • Definitions:

    (1)

    Full-time. An employee who is employed to work a minimum of forty (40) hours per week.

    (2)

    Part-time. An employee who is employed regularly for less than forty (40) hours per week. Part-time employees are not eligible for employee benefits.
