§ 13-19. Mandatory display of stop signs.

On routes of access to collector or arterial streets from multiple-family dwelling structures of more than four (4) dwelling units and mobile home parks containing ten (10) or more parking spaces, the developer, or owner if different from the developer, shall erect, before use and maintain at his expense, stop signs which conform to the signs used by the town.
