§ 9-7. Fees for collection.

  • All residents, occupants and owners of premises in the town shall have accumulation of garbage, trash and recyclables removed and disposed of by the sanitation department of the town and for the service of garbage, trash and recyclables removal shall pay the town clerk the sums shown below for each service:

    (1)

    Residence A unit. For each residence A unit, thirteen dollars ($13.00) per month.

    (2)

    Residence B unit. For each residence B unit, thirteen dollars ($13.00) per monthly living unit.

    (3)

    Residence C unit. For each residence C unit, thirteen dollars ($13.00) monthly per living unit; if central pickup for garage, trash and recyclables placed in containers, dumpsters, four (4) to six (6) cubic yards furnished and maintained by the customer in accordance with town's specifications.

    (4)

    Commercial, business. All commercial or business establishments except those classified in subsection 9-8(c) shall pay a monthly garbage and trash collection fee of thirty-four dollars ($34.00).
