§ 2-42. General purpose.

The general purpose of this division is to formulate and establish a written policy concerning the hiring and termination of employees; employee compensation; vacation, sick, and miscellaneous leave time; holidays; employee conduct and, in general, to develop a comprehensive policy for town employees.
