§ 4. Obligations not impaired.

Latest version.

That no obligation, contract or franchise, given or held by the Town of Baldwin, shall be impaired, altered or changed, or anywise affected by this act, but all debts, obligations and franchises, given or held before this time in effect, by the Town of Baldwin, shall continue unimpaired to the Town of Baldwin hereinafter created by this Act.
