§ 5-22. Liens.

The entire cost of demolition or repair or restorative work, including removal of the building and clearance of the site when required, incurred by the town pursuant to the provisions of this article shall be a lien and special tax upon the property and the procedures to be used in creating the lien shall be the same as the procedures outlined in section 10-17 of this Code for failure to keep lots clean.
