§ 3-1. Hours of sale.

  • It shall be unlawful for any vendor to sell, offer for sale, give or dispose of intoxicating liquors, wines or beer between the hours of 2:00 a.m. each Sunday and 6:00 a.m. the following Monday and between 2:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. on all other days, and the premises in which the intoxicating beverages are kept shall remain securely closed during such hours, and no person shall be permitted therein for any purpose whatsoever except to clean up the premises; provided that, any person engaged primarily in a business other than that of vendor of intoxicating liquors, wines or beer on the same premises, shall be allowed to keep open that portion of the premises not devoted to or used for the sale of intoxicating beverages upon securely screening all intoxicating beverages upon the premises from public view.
