§ 2-108. Purchases not exceeding twenty-five hundred dollars.

Purchases not exceeding twenty-five hundred dollars ($2,500.00) shall not require formal bidding procedures but shall require the issuance of a purchase order. The purchasing agent may require that bidding procedures be followed.
