§ 2-89. Loss of town employee's eligibility for town-provided health insurance upon employee's eligibility for Medicare.

Town employees are no longer eligible for town-provided health insurance when they become eligible to enroll in Medicare. Provided federal and state laws allow it, the town shall pay the Medicare Part B premiums of any town employees enrolled in Medicare Part B through whatever means are allowed at the time, including reimbursements.
