§ 21-53. Permit required to install, connect sewer; fee.

(a)

Prior to installation and connection of sewer service a permit must be obtained from the town clerk.

(b)

All applications for sewer installation and connection permits must be accompanied by a nonrefundable payment of twenty-five dollars ($25.00).
