§ 21-32. Cut-in charge.

There shall be a cut-in charge for original water system connections of one hundred twenty-five dollars ($125.00). If the actual cost of labor and materials exceeds one hundred twenty-five dollars ($125.00), then the town, at its discretion, shall have the option of charging the property owner, in lieu of the cut-in fee of one hundred twenty-five dollars ($125.00), the actual cost of labor and materials incurred, plus ten (10) percent.
