§ 21-8. Same—Resumption of services after termination.

(a)

When service is terminated as provided in this article it shall not be resumed until all charges have been paid.

(b)

A reconnection charge of twenty-five ($25.00) shall be paid for each reconnection before service that has been disconnected for non-payment or late payment is reconnected. However, if a meter has been illegally activated or tampered with or a meter must be reinstalled to reconnect service, then the each reconnection charge shall be fifty dollars ($50.00).
