§ 19-18. Replacing street.

Upon the expiration of any permit granted by the town council pursuant to the provisions of this article, the permit holder shall restore the part of the street upon which such construction, excavation or repair work has been performed to the same condition as existed prior to the construction, excavation or repair work; and failure to do so shall constitute a misdemeanor.
