§ 15-4. Same—Audible signals required before crossing streets.

  • Every railroad company shall cause an audible signal on the engine to be sounded before crossing any street in the town. Any railroad company or its agents or employees, who shall neglect or refuse to comply with any of the provisions of this section shall, upon conviction, be punished as provided by section 1-9 of this Code.
