§ 15-13. Intentionally wearing pants or shorts below the waist resulting in the exposure of skin or undergarments.

(a)

It shall be unlawful for any person to appear in any public place or in view of the public intentionally wearing pants or shorts below the waist resulting in the exposure of skin or undergarments.

(b)

Violations of this section shall be punished by upon first offense by forty (40) hours of community service. On the second or subsequent offense(s), a fine of not less than two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) and not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) shall be imposed along with eighty (80) hours of community service.
