§ 15-1. State misdemeanors.

(a)

It shall be unlawful to commit within the limits of the town any act which is or shall be recognized by the laws of the state as a misdemeanor, and the commission of such acts is hereby forbidden.

(b)

Any person violating any of the provisions of the state law adopted in this section shall upon conviction be punished as provided in section 1-9 of this Code.
