§ 11-23. Extent of remedies.

Nothing in this article shall be construed either to require any person claiming to have been injured by an act made unlawful by this article to exhaust the remedies provided in this article or to prevent any such person from seeking relief at any time under federal civil rights acts or other applicable provisions of law.
